1. Information We Collect
We may collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, and company name when you contact us or use our services.
We also collect standard website usage data, including IP-derived organisation lookups and aggregated analytics, to understand which businesses are interested in our products and to improve our marketing.
When an SPC3 partner registers a prospective customer through our partner portal, we receive that person's name, job title, business email address and phone number from the partner, who confirms they are allowed to share them. We use these details only to assess and follow up that opportunity. Unless the prospect becomes an SPC3 customer, we delete their contact details, any RFP document and our messages about the opportunity 12 months after the registration is declined, lost or its protection period ends.
We use third-party advertising services, including Google Ads and LinkedIn, which set cookies to measure the performance of our advertising and to show you relevant ads on other platforms. See our Cookies Policy for more details.
